These hand-molded Steel castings are employed for different kinds of reasons. They are essentially used when other varieties of cast irons do not have sufficient strength or shock resistance.

Hand Molded Steel Casting

We have developed steel casting using a hand molding process of weight ranging from 5.5 Kg to 600 Kg. Carbon steel, Alloy Stainless, Duplex and Super Duplex Steels are produced with stringent quality requirements.

Shafts for Pumps and Hydraulic Cylinders

We had successfully developed Shafts for Pump and Hydraulic Cylinder products using Super Duplex Steel grade 4A (2205). Our shafts demand close tolerance of dimensions, intricate groove and keyway with fine finish.
